If you request a demo we collect your business name, mobile number, and any email address, business type or message you choose to add. We use these only to contact you about Zhaper Ai. We do not sell them.
People who call a business that uses Zhaper Ai
The AI receptionist tells callers it is an AI. To book an appointment it collects the caller's name, phone number, address and service details, and stores them for that business. Calls are not recorded unless the business has turned recording on and the caller has agreed. The business is the controller of its customers' data and we process it on its behalf under a data-processing agreement.
Who processes data for us
Our service uses cloud providers for telephony and speech (Vapi and its speech and language vendors), hosting (Vercel), the database and sign-in (Supabase), calendar sync (n8n and Google). Data may be processed outside the Philippines by these providers.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact us using the form on the home page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
